My brother & I run Blairs Inn bar & restaurant outside Blarney, Co. Cork, Ireland. It's exciting times right now in the Irish food & drink industry. We already have a fantastic array of artisan food producers to choose from both locally & across the country. More recently there has been huge growth in the number of microbreweries. In this blog I want share our exploration of the Irish food & drink industry. I'll feature various suppliers from our menus, along with recipe ideas. There might even be a few cringe worthy videos too. Hope you enjoy whatever comes next.
